Delegates Armstead, Lane, Walters and Carmichael move to amend the billon page five at line four preceding the words "Article 24", by inserting the following
"

ARTICLE 23. BUSINESS FRANCHISE TAX.

§1. Repeal of article relating to the business franchise tax.

That §11-23-1, §11-23-2, §11-23-3, §11-23-4, §11-23-5, §11-23- 5A, §11-23-6, §11-23-7, §11-23-8, §11-23-9, §11-23-9A, §11-23-10, §11-23-11, §11-23-12, §11-23-13, §11-23-14, §11-23-15, §11-23-16, §11-23-17, §11-23-17A, §11-23-17B, §11-23-18, §11-23-19, §11-23-20, §11-23-21, §11-23-22, §11-23-23, §11-23-24A, §11-23-25, §11-23-26, §11-23-27, and §11-23-28 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be repealed. "
